The card has a maximum balance and single spend limit of $500 CAD. As of August 7, 2020, single transactions in the European Economic Area are limited to $75 CAD.

Yes, to confirm your identity, register your card at jokercard.ca. Without registration, merchants may decline your purchase despite sufficient funds.
- Can extra funds be added to the Joker Prepaid Card?
No, the Joker Card is non-reloadable.
